From the moment I heard Alicia Keys come in on the hook, I have been hooked, “all I hear our fireworks” and it was then at that moment I realize music can influence a soul. That was more than 5 months ago and I still cannot get that tune from out of my head, in fact, I hope it doesn’t, at least not in the near future. That song capture the emotion, thought, and feelings I had been having about a variety of issues and summed it up into one word, Fireworks!

Fireworks!!!
How could one simply verb mean so much to someone, I don’t know, but I do know this, music has a way of soothing a person’s soul, connecting a wild audience, and taming a wild beast if need be. I share this with you because … quite frankly it was on my heart to do, call this my testimony, my words of encouragement, but there is power in music.

I can remember being little and sent off to church on Sunday mornings, I use to hate morning service, Sunday school, and whatever else the church had to offer, but when it came to the choirs A & B selection, I was able to witness music at its finest, I was able to see the power of music bring grown men kneeling down to the alter seeking the lord and searching for guidance.

Music is a skill, talent, utensil that people have so taken for granted as of lately. True, true music is a medium use to express ones opinion, but it is not something everyone should be trying to pursue as a career path, for every Kayne West, there are a 1,000 Yo Gotti, I am by no measure calling Yo Gotti wack, but his talents are better use elsewhere other then on the microphone, but that’s my opinion.
Like I said before I don’t know why any of this is really coming out about this particular subject, but it is nice to hear good music every now and then, and who knows, it might just let off a firework in someone’s mind!
